Main Trail:

The paved trail encircles Mingus Lake with benches along the way to gaze at waterfowl or people biking, jogging and roller blading around the loop.  This is a popular park for both Coos Bay and North Bend residents.

Natural Trails:

At the southern end of the lake is a Japanese garden.  From here, there is a network of natural trails going around the garden and continuing up through the stand of timber.  A little ways up the trail is a frisbee golf course.  There are several entrances and exits to and from the neighboring area to these trails.
